Lokein Reward Point is the special Reward Program by Lokein to appreciate its users. Lokein Reward Point will be rewarded automatically to users account after a successful purchase.

• Your Lokein Reward Points can’t be redeem and withdrawn for cash.
• Your Lokein Reward Points can only be redeem to make purchase on Lokein Online Marketplace (marketplace.lokein.com).
• Your Lokein Reward Points conversion rate is at 1000 points = RM10.00.
• You can redeem the Lokein Reward Points instantly on the checkout page when you want to make payment of your purchase and the points will revert your cart amount with a pro-rate based on the above calculation.
• 1 Lokein Reward Points is rewarded to you for every RM1 spent on Lokein Online Marketplace (marketplace.lokein.com) after the purchase status of your purchase is “Completed”.
• Any rewarded Lokein Reward Points for a purchase that is refunded, will be reclaimed back by Lokein.
• 20 Lokein Reward Points will be rewarded to each user daily Log In to the platform.
• 200 Lokein Reward Points will be rewarded to a sign up user to the platform.
• 100 Lokein Reward Points rewarded to a user making the first purchase on the platform.
• 50 Lokein Reward Points will be rewarded to a user making a purchase on the platform via Boost or FPX online banking.
• 100 Lokein Reward Points will be rewarded to a user making a purchase on the platform via Lokein Wallet.
• There is an expiry date for Lokein Reward Points which is 180 days from the date you receive the point.
