This vintage 80/90s beige-brown blouse by La Sumer is one of Fugu?s absolute favorites! Lined with such interesting floral hollow embroidery on the bottom, it is reminiscent of a Kebaya blouse. It also comes with a detachable waist tie (attached with buttons). Can be worn two ways tucked in for a simple look (hiding the bottom embroidery), or out paired with a slim skirt.
