We use reputable logistic services such as DHL, FEDEX & UPS to ship your dream watches. Rest assured your shipment is handle professionally & covered by Premium Insurance - 100% of your watch value.
You will receive a tracking number once your watch customization is completed and leaving our studio in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
Due to each watches is customized & the art chosen is carefully curated - we expect you to wait within 4-8 weeks of delivery. We appreciate your patience. This is to make sure each art, engraving, edition number and artist name perfectly done.
Refund Policy
We understand sometimes things happen not in our favor and it's beyond our control. If you are unhappy for any valid reason we would like to listen and would be happy to help. Write to us first :) Our friendly sales and tech team will reply you within 24-48 hours. Expect some delays during holiday season.
You have the privilege and rights to return any of our watches you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
WE OFFER FREE RETURNS WORLDWIDE
In order to initiate returns the product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our studio for a return and full refund to be made; watch(es) cannot be returned to any local retail store.
Kindly use reputable shipping service with tracking number for a safe and insured protection. Artwist PLT does not take any responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
