Shipping Policy

Generally, Futama Support Logistics partners can deliver parcels to buyers on an average of 1-3 working days for West Malaysia and 1-7 working days for East Malaysia (if applicable) once the parcels have been picked up. Currently, Futama IT Store is applicable for deliveries up to 30 kg (actual or volumetric weight, whichever higher) in both West Malaysia and East Malaysia. Shipping Method Explanation Business days are Monday-Saturday; Public Holiday, and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For more specific delivery Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) based on exact item(s) you want to purchase, please call us at 05-548 5888 or 012-599 2342 or message us via WhatsApp before placing an order.

Refund Policy

1. Condition of Returning Item To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to Futama in the condition received by Buyer on delivery. We will recommend Buyer to take a photo of the Item upon receipt. 2. Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee i) In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the Futama's end (i.e - damaged, faulty or wrong product delivered to the buyer), the Futama will bear buyer's return shipping fee. ii) In the scenario of the buyer's change of mind, buyer shall get Futama's consent prior to the return request and buyer will bear the return shipping fee. iii) In the scenario where both Futama-buyer disputing the party liable for the return shipping fee, Futama at its sole discretion will determine the party liable for the return shipping fee. 3. Refunds Buyer will only be refunded after Futama has received the returned Item. Futama will be at liberty to refund the applicable sum to Buyer without further notice. The refund will be made to Buyer’s credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable. 4. Communication Between Buyer and Futama We encourages Users to communicate with each other in the event where problem arises in a transaction. Buyer should contact Futama directly for any issue relating to the Item purchased.  

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

1.  Application for the Return of an Item Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances: • The Item has not been received by Buyer; • The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery; • Futama has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer; • The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Futama in the listing of the Item; or Buyer’s application must be submitted via email to onlineshopping@futama.com.my. Please note that, if required by Futama, Buyer must ship the Item to a location designated by Futama within ten (10) calendar days after the return request is raised. The approval of your request for refund and return will be made by Futama in its sole discretion.  Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Futama’s decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against Futama or its affiliates in relation to such decision. In the event where Buyer has commenced legal action against Futama, Buyer may provide the formal notification from the appropriate authority to Futama to request Futama to continue to hold the purchase monies until a formal determination is available. Futama will, at its sole and absolute discretion, determine whether it is necessary to continue to hold such purchase monies.
